This Informant Samuel Robbins< no role > upon his
the saith that he lives at No 17 New Street in the Parish of Saint
[..] Westminster and is a Seafaring Man And Saith that
about the four of five [..] in the afternoon of Sunday the 15th. of
February Inst. the Prisoner at the Bar who calls himself by
[..] Names Charles Doyle< no role > came into the apartment of
clark Robbins< no role > in Lawrence Lane in the Parish of St
Give in the fields in the said County where this Informant
was and Immediately after he came in he Pulled from out of his
[..] ckets a Metal Watch in a Green Chagreen Case Three Silver Tea Spoons, One
Silver Table Spoon, One Pair of Silver Tea Tongs, and
one Dasmask Hapkins and shewd them to George Robbins< no role >
and said he had he had just Stolen them from out of the
[..] of Mr Osborne in Poland Street and that he
effected the Robbery by the means of a false Ray after
having one Conversation together [..] Charles Doyle< no role > and
George Robbins< no role > agreed and went out together to sell them
after Mrs Robertsons And further this Informant upon
his Oath Saith that he hath since been informed the
Watch was sold as aforesaid for Seven Shillings and
Nine pence, the whole of the Spoons and Tea Tongs for Nine
Shillings, and Nine pence, and the Napkin for Nine pence
All of which her verily believes to be the Property of the
other Informant Edward Osborne< no role > And further saith
that about Eight of the Clock at night of Tuesday the 17th. Inst. he
went to the house of Edward Osborne< no role > and told him he had been
Tobbed of the above mentioned Articles, and were sold as aforesaid
and described the several Particulars And also gave the said Edward
Osborne
< no role > an Account of many things which were left in the Boxes
which Account was related to this Informant by Doyle
