Thirdly Richard Kirby< no role > says he is Servant to Lady Ann Finch< no role >
that on Monday night the 26th. of Janry. last about half past nine he was coming along near
Saville Row when he heard an outery of Stop Thief and presently saw a Man running [..] as
fast [..] as he could when he Immediatly seized him by the Collar and secured him till some
other parties came up which said Person now proves to be Stephen Reynolds< no role > That this
Informant being rather in a hurry Delivered him up into the Custody of the other
Informant George Bemfleet< no role > and others

Fourthly Christopher John Hoggins< no role > upon his Oath saith he is
Servant to Mr. Moody of Pall Mall that on Monday night being the 26th. of Janry. last
about half past Nine he assisted in the pursuit and in Conveying Reynolds back to the
Shop he found [..] upon him the several Articles now produced except the Gold
Seals which Reynolds himself produced in the Shop

Fifthly John Oakes< no role > upon his Oath saith he is a Shoemaker and
lives in Old Burlington Street that on Monday the 26th. of Janry last about half past
nine he was in Old Burnington Street and heard the cry of stop Thief he then went in
Pursuit and Assisted in conveying of Reynolds to Mr. Bemfleets Shop and was present
when the Kings were found in the Shop as aforesaid and afterwards assisted in
Conveying him to St. James's Watchhouse

Sixthly John Jones< no role > upon his Oath saith he was Beadle of
the night at St. James's Watchhouse when Stephen Reynolds< no role > was brought there and
charged with a Robbery And further saith that soon afterwards sent and he aquainted a
Magistrate with what had happened who came down to the Watchhouse and upon the
Intelligence obtained from Stephen Reynolds< no role > the other persons now present who
call themselves Joseph Pocock< no role > , John Harding< no role > , and William Baker< no role > , were
all of them [..] apprehended in the course of that night

Seventhly John Bartholomew< no role > upon his Oath saith he
is a Watchman of the Parish of St. James Westminster that about Twelve o Clock
of Monday night the 26th. of Janry. last he found in Burlington Mews a
Gold Seal a Microscope, an opera Glass a Concase eye Glass and [..]
of [..] sworn to be the property of the other Informant George Bemfleet< no role >
also two pair of Spectacles which the said George Bemfleet< no role > likewise verily
believes to be his property And all taken out of his Shop as aforesaid And
this Informant likewise found at the same time and place the flint
