the 27th. day of January 1789
before me one of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex
Who on his Oath Saith That he is one of the Overseers of the
Poor
of the Liberty of the Old Artillery Ground
in the County
of Middlesex
and that in the Night of the Twenty second day
of January Instant there was Feloniously stolen from
off the Work house belonging to the said Liberty of the
Old Artillery Ground situate in Rose Lane
Spital fields
Twelve feet Eight Inches of Sheet Copper the property
of the Overseers and Inhabitants of the said Liberty of
Nothe Old Artillery Ground
And that a Quantity of
Copper now produced by John Armstrong< no role >
a Constable
is the same that was stolen as aforesaid the property
of the said Overseers and Inhabitants of the Liberty
of the Old Artillery Ground
