immediately seized this Examinants round
the Waist with whom he couter did and was
thrown into the ditch and Said Man fell
upon him that while he was laying in
the ditch he was struck several times and
received Several blows on the Head And this
Examinant further Says that he Saw nothing
more of Said Ryan and Effernan And further
Says that when he went to Said Ryan and
Effernan's Assistance as aforesaid he left his Oranges Basket in
which was Effernan Coat in the Lane
