Who being upon Say, and frist the said
William Harfield< no role >
Saith that on the 14th day of Decem-
ber last about half past five o'Clock in the Evening
(at which time it was Moon Light) he was robbed
in Lower Street Islington
near Balls Pond
in the Said County
by two foot pads one ofwhichwhom was armed
with a Juck Stick of one Shilling and further
Says that that he is very sure that a person now
present who calls himself John Hathaway< no role >
is
one of the Footpads that So robbed him as aforesaid
and is the person that was armed with the said
Tuck StickAnd the Said John Jones< no role >
for himself
saith that yesterday was sevenight between six and
seven o CLock in the Evening he with others apprehended the said
John Hathaway< no role >
near Islington
on whom heapprehend
found the Tuck Stick now produced, in Company
with another person now present who Calls himself,
