Ann Allen< no role > or her Oath saith the Counter pane produced is her property and
is of the Value of Six Shillings and was taken out of her Yard behind her house situate
in Cable Street St. George Middlesex Yesterday afternoon about the hour of Three
Robert Hale< no role > on his oath saith he lodges and board at the house of Ann Allen< no role >
And as he [..] was coming down Stairs Yesterday afternoon seen after the hour
of Three he saw a Boy in the Yard of Ann Allen< no role > Take the Counter pane of a Line
and hand it over the Wall to the person present who saith his name is Edward
Farrell< no role > who put it under his Jacket and walked away with it. That he
pursued him in the said Streetwith the said Counterpane [..] and took him
with the Said Counterpane.

Garden to Edward Farrell< no role > against whom he gave Evidence on Monday
