Who being Oath Saith that Cart and
black Mare now produced another Informants property
and were feloniously stolen and driven away from
out of Oxford Street
thisEveningafternoon about
two o Clock where he this Informant had left it for a few Minutes
[..] whilst he was filling his Bag with Rabbit Dung
That he went to several places in search of it,
without effect but about three o Clock this
afternoon he found his Horse and Cart in the Strand
opposite the Green Yard
in the Possession of a person
now present who calls himself Charles Lee< no role >
on
which he instantly caused him to be taken into
Custody.
