and Benson Trinder< no role > at Mr Page's No 32 Saint
Martins Lane Pawn Broker taken in Oath before
me This 2 nd day of October 1789.

Who being on Oath Severally say and First the said John
Waller< no role > for Himself that the Person now Present who calls himself
George Mr Kenzee if this Informant Apprentice [..] that the four
Parish of Leather Shoes now Produced are his Property that he did
nor at any time sell them and that they were felonious Stolen
in his Shop And the said Henry Baker< no role > for himself says
that on the 24 th September last he took into Pledge from Margaret
Mr Donald< no role > now Present our Pair of Leather Shoes now Produced
that on the 26 th of said month said Margaret Mr Donald brought
another Pair of Leather Shoes also now Produced Which Informant
like wise took into Pledge and that this day Said Margaret
Mr Donald brought another Pair of Shoes with in tent to Pledge
the same Which Differing in Size from the two other Pair induced
Informant to Suspected they were not House obtained that informant
Stopped them and asked her to When said Shoes belonged Who replied
that they belong to one George a Taylor and that she Would take
informant to him that Informed then went with her to the house
of said John Waller< no role > [..] were they were Owned and
appeared to have been Stolen And the said Benson Trinder< no role > for
himself says that non the 5 th September last the said Margaret Mr Donald
Pledge< no role > at his said Masters Shop in Informant Present they Pair
of Leather Shoes now Produced by him
