Who Says That about nine O' Clock in the Evening
of Monday the 24th. of August last as he was Coming
up Constitution Hill

in his Way
home he was met by two soldier one dressed in a
Shortred Jacket the other inthea Brown Jackett
that the Man in the Red Jacket laid hold of his
Informant by his Ann as he Passed him Pulled out a
Bludgeon from under his Coat and Dernaned this
Informant Property to Which he Replied that he Would
Give him a Shillingthat the Man in the Red Jacket
then Should this Informant out upon his Head with the
Bludgeon upon Which this Informant ran away
from then a few Place and Fell down When they
came up to him and fell upon him and the man
in the Brown Jacket pulled at his Watch that by
Struggling this Informant out got up and attempted to
ran away When the man in the red Jacket laid
hold of him by the Lapel of his Waist Coat Which
rent and came office hid handthere with the Bludgoon
Roller this Information Down, [..] Kuelt upon his Stomack
and then with the Bludgeon [..] him violently
upon his Right Cheek and his Chin that said Man
in the red Jacket in a low Tone of Voice asked
