Sampion Hart< no role > of Piccadilly in the County of
Middlesex Perfumer maketh Oath and saith that his Dwelling
House and Residence is in Piccadilly aforesaid. And that he only
Rents a Shop and Parlour at Kennington to which place the Summons
for this Deponent to attend are Juror was sent As appears by the
Letter here unto annexed And this Deponent further saith that his
said Shop at Kennington is Attended by a Woman Servant of this
Deponent and this Deponent [..] very Seldan attends the same
And that this Deponents said Servant did not send the said
Summons to this Deponent until the Session were begun in the said
Month of April last owing as Deponent believes to Mistake or
For get fulness mor was this Deponent as his said Shop [..] ington
from the time the said Summons was left there until after he
receives it from his said Servant And lastly this Deponent saith
that in respect of his said Residence in Piecadilly he is hable to and
has actually served as a Jury man in the Courts at Westminster and
otherwise
