being an uncertificated Bankrupt and no House keeper
since the Year one thousand seven hundred and eighty
four and until the Month of February last He this
Deponent caused Information there of to be given
to Mr. Thomas [..] Shelton< no role > Clerk of the
Arraigns who gave this Deponent to under stand
that he was not hable to serve as a Juror, and that
he [..] the said Mr. Shelton would take care that
this Deponent incurred no Penalty, by reason of his
Non Attendance
