Mary Chaplin< no role > of Farmer Street Shadwell in the County of
Middlesex Eleanor Dalstone< no role > of Farmer Street in the County
of Middlesex and Alice Bruce< no role > of the Same place and of
the said County of Middlesex , Severally make
oath and Say that they and Each of them were
Bound over in December Sessions last to appear
against Charles Jewins< no role > for felonyand these Deponent
Severally say, that they and Each of them did attend
at the next Sessions held at the Sessions House in the
old Bailey and these deponents Severally say that
they attended fourfivedays during the said Sessions
expecting the Tryal of the said Charles Jewins< no role > to
Come on, which did not Come on until the fifth
day of the said Sessions, and these Deponents [..]
severally say that they attended on the said fifth
day of the said Sessions, and that the said Charles Jewins< no role >
Tryal Came on before his Turn, he being Entered
the fourth Tryal and was Tried the first on the said
day and these deponents say that they therefore
was a few Minutes to Late and that the said
Charles Jewins< no role > was discharged, And these & deponents
severally say that they all went into Court and
Informed the Court the Reason of their not attending
when James Adair< no role > Esqr. Late Recorder was please
