The Information of Thos. Woodman< no role > Francis
Haynes

And first this Informant Thos. Woodman on his
Oath saith that in the Night of Wednesday the
17th instant there was Stolen from out of the
Stable of his father Henry Woodman< no role > of Hayes
in the County of Middlesex a Brown Golding
what he has since heard Harry Lovel confess
to have Stolen, and that he rode the same to
Wendsor in the County of Bucks and there sold
it to Frances Haynes< no role > who keeps an [..]
there known by the sign of the Marquis of
Granby , and this Informant Francis Hayons
above mentioned on his Oath saith that on
Thursday the 18th. Instant Harry Lovell now
present came to his House at Windsor and
offered to sell him the Horse he then rode
for eight Guineas and after now conversation
agreed to exchange the said House for a penny
belonging to this Informant and two Guineas
which this Informant paid him, that the said
Horse is now but out to hire fve a Day and
that from the Description which Mr Thos.
Woodman
