First Joseph Smith< no role >
on oath says
that last Tuesday Week he met the person now present that calls
the self Dinah Brookes< no role >
in a passage near White
hall
that they went to a publick House and drank
a Glass of Gin & then went with sd Woman to her
Lodgings in Duck Court to a one pr. Stairs Room
that this In or there examind his pocketts and in his
Right Hand Fob Pockett had nine Guineas & one half
and in his Right hand Breechers pockett a half Crown
Six pence that He undressd himself put his
Breeches under the Bolster went to Bed & to Sleep
about Twelve OClock Wakd about three next morning
found he had been robd of sd mine Guineas & half &
the half Crown piece & Six pence and a Diamond
which was afterwards found on the Bed and the
said Dinah Brooks< no role >
gone away that last night he
saw the sd Dinah Brooks< no role >
in the Street followed her to
same Lodgings were he had been Robbed as aforesaid

informed him of the Robbery and that
he had met the Girl that this Infort went &
found the sd Dinah Brook< no role >
in the House were
