the 30th. of June he saw the Prisoner Francis Evans< no role >
and several other Men surround Bartholemew Price
against the Wall or Rails of the House the Corner of
Stratton Street Piccadilly and seeing the sd. Mr. Price's
Hatt off and a Seattle ensure he went with the sd. Jacob
Freeman< no role > and Just as they came up to the Prisoner he
observed a Watch fall upon the Ground close by the
Prisoners Feet that he Picked the same up and the
sd. Mr. Price gave Charge of the Prisoner

Benjamin Powell< no role > for himself saith that being a
a Beadle & Constable he was assisting to conduct the
Society before mentioned he was passing by the Corner
of Stratton Street Piccadilly he observed a Number of
People assembled together and saw Mr. Price standing
with his back against the Wall of the Horse and saw the
Prisoner Francis Evans< no role > standg. close by him or
his left side and as he came up to Mr. Parish
Assistance Jacob Freeman< no role > a Constable before mentioned
had taken the Prisoner into Custody and they called a
Coach and took him away
