Victualler taken on Oath before me
this 2nd. day of May 1789.

Who being on Oath severally say and first the said
James Hines< no role > for himself says that on Tuesday night last
the prisoner Nicholas Dupree< no role > came to his Master's House
and had a bed. that on Wednesday Night he came again
and went to led in a Room No.12 at the top of the House
in which there were a pairs of Sheets and Pillow Case
when said Dupree went to bed And the said John
Harford< no role > for himself says that the said Nicholas Dupree< no role >
as he believes got up on Thursday morning about Nine oClock and
went out when this Informant instantly went up
to the Room No 12 in which he had Slept when he
discovered that the pair of Sheets and Pillow Case in
their Bed were gone and verily believes he Stole the
Same
