on his Oath saith that on Tuesday the twelfth day of May
instant between the House of Eleven and twelve at Night
as he was passing along near Black Lyon yard on White
Chapel wad he was Stopt by three Girls who asked him
to treat them that whilst he was talking with thein theGirls
a Man came up and the Person now Present who says her Names in Ann Smith< no role >
took his Watch from his Feb and delivered the same
to one of her companions who ran away as did also
the Man that they all escaped except the said ann
Smith< no role > whom he apprehended and detained

thatConfesses and saith that she took the Watch from
