house of his situate in Love lane Shadwell at Eight pounds a Gear says the

had the Rey of the said house given to him on paying a Shilling earnest in which was the
Copper produced, And a Counter Long Table Corner cupboard a Long
Ladder and a Tea chest and an Old Irongrate which he has seen in the house of the said Robert

in Grey

wanted him to buy a Counter and Cup board
but being fixtures he did not Choose to buy them
