Who being duly Sworn severally upon their Oaths say and
first this Informant Elizabeth Rugge for herself
sayeth. that she is a Lodger with Samuel Keep< no role > in
his Dwelling Hause and that she Rents the two
Pair or Shous Fore Room No.13. Cartle Street Ca [..]
Square in the Parish of St. Mary lebene that on
Saturday Morning the 12th. Instant she went ant
upon a Visit to her Sister when she left a Box
containing a Quantity of morning Apparel and
other things her Property in the said Room and
left the Key [..] the Room with her Land lady and
this Informant did not return until the Tuesday
followingwhen she found the Box that she
had left had been broke Open and the follow my
things taken awayViz:OneFour Silk Gowns One
White Din [..] Petticoat One Black Silk Cloak
Six Shifts One Pair of Pockets Two paid of Cotten
Stockings One Damask Table Cloath Two Pocket
Handkerchief one Goblett and Hand mounted
with Silver One Sugar Bason lined with Silver
three Teer Spoons Two Salt Shooells the Crest
a Dog One Memorandum Book with a
Fort [..] shell Back One Milk Patt Battem< no role > and
Handles Silver< no role > One Silver Punch< no role > Ladll Marked
E. L. and this Informant fur the sayeth that
the Tortaises hell Memorandum B [..] k this House wife
the Stone Pin set to in Silver [..] a Pocket
Handkerchief and the Pawn Brekers Duplicate
now Produced all the Property of this Informants

Sayeth that the Other Informant Elizabeth Rugge
is a Lodger in the Name hept ley her Husband
Samuel Keep< no role > in Castle Street St: Mary le bane that
the said Elizabeth Rugge< no role > has the small front Room

Room Occupied to Mr. Rugge that when Mrs. Rugge
