gave Myer the Bag with the Silk and Cloaths in it then
they all went to this Examinants Apartment, When they
came there Examinant went to the house of William Terry Fenley< no role >
of Cable street aforesaid, saw him there and told him to come
to this Examinants apartment, accordingly he came and looked
at the Cloaths and Silk and bought of John Myer< no role > the Cloaths
and paid him Twelve shillings for the Cloaths, and took the Silk
with him to show it to some person, they being altogether in
this Examinants apartment at the time, Afterwards Lewis
and this Examinant went a second time to the said house
and brought away therefrom a Metal Watch and some
Fowl Linnen in a Bag Examinant then went again to
Fenley (all in the same night and told him he had some more
Property) and sold some shirts to him for Eight shillings
and shewed him a Watch which he refused to buy and told
Lewis to take the Watch to Moses and that he would buy it
Which Lewis sold and brought back seven shillings for the
same, And Saith That on the sunday Evening following that
Myer meet this Examinant and told him that he had received
his money of Fenley for the Silk and Lewis then being in Company
he said to Examinant go and get mine which he did of Fenley
and gave Lewis Five shillings and six pence for his share
