and put it into this Informant's Coach and
afterwards gave this Informant a Guinea to take
his fare and desired him to guie the change
to the two Griffiths's, when this Informant Suspecting
that the said Jedediah Thomas< no role > had been murdered
he gave Information of the Transaction as aforesaid
at the Rotation office in Litchfield Street

And this Informant David Evans< no role > for
himself Saith that he was acquainted with
the deceased Jedediah Thomas< no role > , and that the
wearing apparel now produced by the other
Informant James Tomkins< no role > was the wearing
apparel of the said Jedediah Thomas and
were by him on Friday last, and this
Informant further Saith that the said Edward
Howe< no role > , Robert and Thomas Griffiths< no role > are in
no Manner related to the said Jedediah Thomas< no role >
deceased
