present who calls himself John Garden< no role > they took & the
others ran away and this Informant further saith the
Silk Handkerchiefs now produced, are the property of
his said Master and were laying in the Shop Window
on aforesaid for Sales and that the Glasses of the said
Shop Window were all whole before he was a Camed
by the other Informant

Hinds< no role > for himself Saith that as he was caming a long
Tylers Street he saw three persons at the Shop
Window of the aforesaid Christopher Tenant [..] and their
Saw the person now present who Calls him Self John
Gorden< no role > and another person putting the Silk
Handkerchiefs now produced out at a hele made in
the Glass of the Shop Window that [..] about
one third of the Silk Handkerchiefs were pulled out
at the said hole and man hanging outat the outside
of the Shop that upon this Informant giving an
a barn the said three Men Immediately ran away and
went up an adjoining Court upon which he together
with the other Informant John Briggs< no role > went after them
a little way up the said Court when they went two
of the said Persons returning one of nothing had
happened but upon this informant mentioning that
they were two of the Men who had been concerned
in the Business one of them ran away and they
apprehended John Gorden< no role > and the Informant further
saith that the said John Gorden< no role > he is positive
and
