Who being upon Oath severally say and first
the said Charles Lord< no role >
Southampton
for himself
Says that on Monday Evening the 30th. day of June
last about the Hour of Ten o'Clock as he was
coming out of the Lycoum conducting a Lady
and her Child to a Carriage the Person now
present who calls himself Joseph Short< no role >
came up to this Informant and looked stornly
in his Face That his Lordship desired him to
make room for him when the said Short drop't
down and forcibly took his Watch and seal
from his Pocket, and was going off on the
right, when this Informant seized him and
delivered him to said William Dalton< no role >

this Informant further Says he was immediately
assaulted by several Persons And the said
William Dalton< no role >
[..] for himself says that the said
Short is the Person who was delivered to this Informant
by the said Charles Lord< no role >
