of any sort, except that there appeared to be a Box
standing on the floor, with the led half open, & loose
Beads about it next the wainscot which Box &
the Beards lound it appeard, to be on Fire, and as
the witness then saw no Fire in any other pait
of the House, he supposes it to have began in this
Place,That about 12: O Clock in the
Forenoon of the same day the Witness saw the
Remains of a Box, taken out of the Ruins by the
order of Mr Gubbins< no role > Surveyor to the Sun Fire Office
in the same place where he said the Box, standing
Clarys Ware Room, & which Box so taken out
of the Ruins's appeard to contain Hay Bands
and Rolls of Paper seak's in Oil) That whom
the Remains of the Box. were dug out of the Ruins
Clary was present, and began to take up
part of the Rolls of Paper, tear them to Pieces
and throw them about him among the Ruins
untill he was prevented, so doing by the Surveyor
or some person by his orders.This Informant
always considerd Clary, as a very Poor Man
having never seen any person, go into his Shop
to buy or Sell any Goods, or ever seen him at
Work or known of any other person working for him
in the way of his trade,
