of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and Eighty seven who
on her Oath Saith that the Two Shirts and Shift produced are
her said Husbands property and were Stolen out of her said
husbads drawers in his Dwelling house Situate in Cable Street
while kapel No. 72 about Three weeks ago. Leak her Abrahams
Ann Israel< no role > on her Oath saith on last mark Wednesday week
Esther Israel< no role > brought two Shirts to her and desired called on her
and asked her to go in the City with her and that when she came
to Mr. Buns Door in Hounsditch the said Esther gave her a Shift
from under her Arm and Bid her go and Ask Nine Shillings for
said two shirts and Shift in the Name of Ann Smith< no role > but that
she Put them in the Name of Elizabeth Israel< no role > that she
Pawned them for that Sum [..] and gave her NIne Shillings
which she had received for the same when the said Esther Israel
called her Fool for Pledging them in that Name beanse she-
said she had bought said Shirts two week before of Mr. Goss of Cable
Street saint George Middlesex and is Certain the two Shirts-
and Shirt produced are the same which she received from Esther
Israel as aforesaid

Burn of Hounsditch Pawn broker That to the Best of his
Recollection he received the two Shirts and Shift produced on the
twenty first day of November last and gave the Ticket produced
to the person who brought them and that Ann Israel informed
him she brought them but he cannot speak with Certainty as to
her Person but that with Leak Abrahams she herself came for
a Certificate for less of said Ticket which Certificate he delivered to her the
said Ann Israel
