again Searched by the Officer there and the
Small Linen Bag Containing Sixteen half Crown
Pieces three Crown pieces one metal Button and
one half Penny now produced were found in
his possession and then taken from him

And the said Thomas Moody< no role > for himself Saith
That the said Linen Bag Button and Half penny
now produced are his property and he verily
believes the Sixteen half Crowns and three in
Crown pieces are likewise his property & Monies
That Informant also saith That the Broken Silver
Buckles Silver Tea Spoon Tobacca Stopper
Three Memorandum Book now also produced
are likewise his property and were with the
other money and things above mentioned taken
from out of a Burean Standing in the
Room in which the said William Ray< no role >
was apprehended and which said Burean
had been broke open
