Who being upon Oath Severally say and first the said
John Tucker< no role >
for himself Says that Joseph Barker< no role >
now present has been Shopman
to his said Masters for
some time last past That having a quantity of Cloth
Satton and Silk Stockings stolen in their Shop said
David Willis< no role >
suspecting said Barker to have stolen
the same he sent for Francis Carbeny< no role >
one of the
Constables
of the Parish of Saint George Hanover
Square
to search the Box of said Barker which he
did in the presence of this Informant when he
found in said Box the Pieces of blue Cloth, the Sattin
the Silk Stockings and other Articles now produced
and claimed by said Willis to be the Property of
Said John and David Willis< no role >
And the said John
Willis< no role >
for himself says that the blue Cloth, the
Sattin, the Silk Stockings and other Articles now
produced by said Tucker are the Property of
David Willis< no role >
and this Informant and were
feloniously Stolen in their Shop.
