before us two of His
Majestys Justice of
the peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that on
Sunday she 7th. October instant he
met the person new present new
present who calls herself Ann Bond< no role >
in Newtoners Lane Saint Giles about
Seven o'Clock in the Evening who asked
this Informant into her Apartment
and the soon after he had been in
her Apartment the person now present
who calls herself Ann Bond< no role > took out of
this Informant's pocket a Silver Watch
and gave the same to Woman who
was in the Evan with this Informant
and the said Ann Bond< no role > who Ea [..]
away with the same and this Informant
further saith that he charger the said
Ann Bond< no role > with being an Accomphie
with the other Woman unknown to this
Informant in feloniously Stealing taking
and Carrying away the a Silver Watch
of the Value of Thirty Shillings the property
of him this Informant
