Taken the 26th. day of September 1787
Who upon their Oaths severally say and first the said
James Roach< no role >
for himself Saith That about half
past 3. oClock this Morning he Met Two Women
now in Custody Namely Elizabeth Aires< no role >
and Ann
Wood< no role >
and asked them to get Lodging for him
and a Woman that was with him That they Took
him and the Woman to a Lodging room and he and the
Woman went to bed and they fell asleep That about
a quarter before 6. oClock he awoke and upon looking
for his Cloaths found his coal Breeches Stockings
and a pair of Plated Buckles had been Stolen
and Carried away Which said Things being now
produced Informant says are his property and
the same that was Stolen as aforesaid

Saith That he is a Watchman of the Parish of
