says that he was servg. a Quarter Lady
in Mr. P. Shot at which Place he live [..] is his Apps:
he Miss'd a Piece of Muslin at the time, that he
Search'd strictly upon the Count. but could [..] find
it then was no Person with Shop exct. the Q Lady
Th Two Prisoners a Young Lady and Two Children
don't recollect the Day the Piece Miss'd was a Piece
off which he had not a Yd or [..] Yard for the Q. Lady, the Pris.
were sitting near the Counter, one or both, that these
Prisoners at the time searching for it, drew back [..]
the Counterhe had mentioned that he miss'd a
Piece of Muslin before that Transactionwhen
the Prisr. drew back there was a Piece of Muslin Pi [..]
up by the Q. Lady not that now produced
when he wentbackto the back Shop for the purpose
of examining the Muslin he miss'd One Piece the
Prisoners were thin in the Fore Shop, that uponTaxing
themMr. Picalling them into the back Shop he saw
the Piece of Muslin now produced drop from be twist
then he cannot say which

drop the Piece of Muslin now produced in Mr. P's Shop
just in the Dusk of the Evening as they were entering from
Fore Shop in to the Back Shop
