Gentleman Severally Make Oath us
follows, And first this Deponent James Larra for
himself Saith, that John Browning< no role >
of Wardour Street
Soho
Gentleman
is a material Witness for this
Deponent on the Trial of this Indictment and without
whose Testimony this Deponent cannot with Safety
take his Trial, And this Deponent James Larra for
himself further saith that he hath Caused a Subpoena
to be Issued in order to Serve the said John Browning< no role >
and
hath caused all due Diligence to be used to serve the
same but without Effect, and which said Subpeona
is hereunto annexed, And this Deponent William
Johnson< no role >
for himself saith, that he did on Tuesday the
twenty Third day of October Instant, go to the Lodgings
of the said John Browning< no role >
at a Mr. Cammerings in
Wardour Street
aforesaid in Order to Serve the said
John Browning< no role >
with a Copy of the said Subpeona were
this Deponent was informed by a Servant Girl of the said
Mr. Cammering that the said John Browning< no role >
does
Lodge there, but that he was gone into Yorkshire to
so a Relation and would not return untill the latter
and of November or the begining of December next,
and which information this Deponent believes to
be true
