carried them to said Waters's House between six and seven
o'Clock in the Morning when he found said Waters up and in
his Shop when said Waters gave this Examinant three
Shillings for said two Carpets and Bag That on Thursday
the 23rd. of August last this Examinant took out of his Masters
Shop window a New Bedtick which he carried about six
o'Clock in the Morning to said Waters's House whom he found
in bed when said Waters gave this Examinant seven
Shillings for said bedtick That on Monday Morning last
the third Instant this Examinant took out of his Masters
shop Window one other Now bedtick which he carried to
said Waters's House about six o'Clock in the Morning that
he found said Waters in bed as before when he gave him
seven Shilling and six pence for the Same That said
Waters at this time told this Examinant that if his
Master should miss them to sworn that he Knew
nothing about them.
