saith That he the Deponent being in
a left in a Dye House of Mr Brettin
George Street aforesaid heard a Noise
which Proceeded from a Dispute between
Thomas Price< no role > and the deceased who were
Working together That upon comeing down
from the Left he as soon as he entered
the Door of the Dye Househesaw
the Deceased Stooping forward and
no Person Sufficiently near to have
