and found Matter under One place and the other
getting very fast to the same state That the

Degree, and continued nearly in the same
State till Saturday last, when She became
paralytic on her Right Side, and from that
time gradually sunk till the Morning of the
eleventh Instant and then diedThat since
he Decease, Deponent [..] opened her Head, and found
under the part first Trepanned, a large
Collection of Matter, thro' the Substance of the
Brain, and Deponent is clearly of Opinion that
the same proceeded from the Injuries the deced
had received when He was first called in, And
was the Cause of her Death, the whole Train of
Symptoms, being as usual in Cases, of Matter
forming in Consey once of any Blow or Blows
on the Head. That aCaneStick with a Kind of Tuck
was in the Room where the deced had slept with
a very heavy Head that a Kind of Bayonet was fixed
at the Bottom that such Bayonet was bloody, and
had several grey Hairs, which appeared to have
come off the Head of the deceased, and upon
comparing the Stabs on the Head with such
Bayonet, they appeared to have been done
with the same.
