Westr. who on his Oath saith that about Six o'Clock this Morning
He was called up by his Maid Servant & told that she imagined
some Person had been in his Cellar, the flap in the yard we was
usually taken up to start the Beer being turned to pay purvey
ThatThis Deponent saith. He immediatly got up & went to
the Cellar in which He
where afound to have entered by a
[..] dowd a quantity of Liquor running on the
Floor which He discovered
which He found to have canfrom a Cask which Contain
[..] Gallonshalf aftsd of Gen & in which several Holes had been bend-That He then went into the Room of

where& from the great smell of Gin
& the Appearence of Liquor Spilt on the Floor He had reason
to believe & does suspect He the land One

who on their Oaths severally say & first the said

himself saith, that between three & Four
about Twoo'Clock this Morning He in Company

toto the cellar
in the Yard usually opened for starting
