Who being upon Oath severally say and first
the said Joseph Attree< no role >
for himself says that about
eleven o'Clock last Night as he this Informant
was coming to Town from Windsor
between Gunnersbury
Lane
end and Turnham Green
a Person came
galloping down the Road and rode up to the Chaise
in which this Informant and his Wife was That
he demanded their Money and Watches when this
Informant gave him a Guinea and five or six
Shillings and said he had no Watch That the
Robber said he had as Watch and that he knew
him when Informant gave him a Metal Watch

Ann Attree for herself says that she was with her
said Husband at the time he was robbed as aforesaid
That the Highwayman galloped up to the Chaise
and said your Money your Watches That Mr.
Attree said he had no Watch That the Robber
said I Know you well I know you have a Watch
That he also said to this Informant deliver your
pane no hesitation I know you have a Ruse
That Informant gave him her Purse which was
a brown and white elastic Purse a little clouded
Containing half a brown and a Shilling And the

for himself says That from an
Information he received from said Joseph Attree< no role >
