the room found the person now
present who calls himself Michael
Splahan< no role > alias Conway< no role > concealed
therein who he secured and conveyed
before the Magistrates at the Rotation
Office in Litchfield Street And
in April last received the following
Certificate and Letter

"County of Waterford On search made
"amongst the pleas of the Crown of
"the County of Writerford I find that
"at a General assizes and General
"Goal Delivery holden at Blackfryars
"in and for the said County on Wednesday
"the Sixth day of September in the year
"of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
"and Eighty six Michael Conway< no role > of
"Tallow Bridge in the County of Waterford
"was indicted for the traiterous and
"felonious killing and murder of John
"Connelly< no role > And I further find that the
"said Michael Conway< no role > hath not received
"his Tryal for said Treason and Murder
"but is yet at large All which
