of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the said County
of Middlesex this 15th. day of
May 1787

This Informant upon his Oath saith
that he has just reason to believe Thomas
Scott< no role > did [..] on this said 15th. day of
this Instant May feloniously take and
carrying away from out of this Warehouse
situate in Leather Lane aforesaid two
pieces of Graintin of the weight of fifteen
Pounds the property of this said Informant & Fulrace Mourgue< no role > as [..] the above
pieces were [..] found in the Custody of the said
Thomas Scott< no role > as he has been informed and verily believes
