The Information of John Treagoweth< no role >
taken before [..] us two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace in and for
the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that on
Saturday night the 21st. of April instant
as he walking across Tower Hill he was
attacked by [..] number of Men who violently
seized hold be of him throwed him down upon
ground and one of the said Men Kneeled
upon his Breast another stopped his Mouth
whillst they feloniously and by force took
and Carried away from his person Two half
Crown pieces in Silver the monies of the said
John Treagoweth< no role > And this Informant further
upon his Oath saith that he is quite positive
as to the persons of the two men now
present who call themselves James [..]
Thomas and Daniel Brown< no role > as being
Two of those men that feloniously
Assaulted and Robbed him as aforesaid
