The Information of Samuel
Foley
< no role > taken before me one of
his Majesty's Justices of the
peace in and for the said
County

Who being upon Oath saith that he
is a Blacksmith by Trade and rents as Shop
adjoining the Dwelling house of James
Walker
< no role > in Whites Yard Rosemary Lane
that in the night of the 27th. of April instant
his Shop Situate as aforesaid was
burglariously broke and Entered and a
Glass Cutters Iron Tool and also a Quantity
of Old Iron the property of the said
Samuel Foley< no role > was feloniously taken and
Carried away therein And this Informant
further saith that the Glass Cutters Iron Tool
as also a Quantity of Old Iron now produced
and found in the Possession of this persons
now present who calls themselves Robert
Johnston
< no role > and Thomas Cosier is the property
that was stolen at the time of the said burglary
from which Circumstances he suspects
and verily believes that the said Robert
Johnston
< no role > and Thomas Cosier< no role > are the persons
Guilty of the said Burglary and felony
