day of March Instant at about a quarter before five of the Clock in
the Morning in Company with one other Person he took From a Field
belonging to the Small Pox Hospital Nine Norfolk Sheep which were
also Drove to the said George Spurgings< no role > who was up and Ready
to Receive them That the said James Webster< no role > and Thomas Smith< no role >
were also at the said George Spurgings< no role > at the Same time and
the said Thomas Smith< no role > assisted the said George Spurgings in
Killing them whilst this Examinant and the said James Webster< no role >
took a Walk together That the said Thomas Smith< no role > bought Seven
of the Carcases and the said George Spurgings the other two
And this Examinant at the desire of the said George Spurgings
or Thomas Smith< no role > marked the said Nine Sheep with blue upon
the Rump with a blue Rag which was brought him for that
purpose
