Coach yard, they then went a Cross the Green
but Thomas Gould< no role > going faster than this
Informant he got into Mr. Hindmen yard
before him, and when he came up to Gould,
Gould had hold of Toome and Ellicot but
oneToome made his Escape and this Informant
folled him and holled out Thieves Murder
And accordingly Thomas French< no role > and Jeremiah
Crisp
< no role > Two Patroles from the Hackney road
Stop't Toome who had before run away
about One Hundred Yards from Mr. Hindmen

This Informant Thomas Gould< no role > on his Oath
Saith That about four O'Clock this Morning
he then beinghe then beingon Bethnal Green
he was was told by James Green< no role > that two
suspicious persons was gone into the yard
belonging to Thomas Hindmen< no role > Esquire , they
accordingly together went to the said yard
and when this Informant came there he
looked over the Wall and saw some Goods
lying in the yard and he suspecting some
thieves were there he got over the Wall and
took Toome and Ellicot the Prisoners
now under Examination in the Dwelling
house and Seized hold of them, when
Toome bit him by the hand and made his
Escape and was afterwards secured and he secured
Ellicot
