The several Informations of William
Howell< no role > and John Smith< no role > taken the
23d. day of March 1787

Who upon their Oaths say and first the said
William Howell< no role > for himself Saith That about
the hour of half past 7 oClock this Morning he saw
a Boy now in Custody who says his Name is
William Baker< no role > Curking about the House of Mr.
John Smith< no role > in Ormond Street and saw him in a
Minute go into the House and bring out with him
a great Coat and Suspecting he had Stolen it he
Secured it and the property and delivered him over to
Mr: Smith

The said John Smith< no role > for himself Saith
That the Coat now produced was stolen from
out of his House this Morning and is, his
own property
