Who upon her Oath saith that on Monday the 26th. day of
March Instant the Prisoner Elizabeth Gidney< no role >
came to this Examinant
at her Apartment in Beech Lane
and asked her to go with her which
this Examinant did and after transacting some business at a,
Pawnbrokers they went to the House of Mr Hayley in Redlyon
Market
White Cross Street
this Examinant Stopt below and
the said Elizabeth Gidney< no role >
went up Stairs and after some time brought
down a pair of bellows a Tea Kettle and two peices of Meat which
She gave to this Examinant at the Corner of Grab Street
and this
Examinant knowing it to be unlawfully come by Refused to take
it and left it at a Chandlers Shop This Examinant then left
her and at her desire Went to the said Elizabeth Gidneys Apartment
in Butlers Alley Grub Street
and in about half an hour the
said Elizabeth Gidney< no role >
came home in Company with a Man and
Woman and that the Man brought a Bed with him The said
Elizabeth Gidney< no role >
said to this Examt. you owe me half a Crown
give that Man a Shilling for bringing the Bed And this
Examinant verily believes that the Bed was Stolen from
the House of the said Mr. Hayley in Redlyon Market
