Who being upon say and first the said Ann Thomas< no role >
saith
that she this day wash'd two Colourd Aprons and a Cotton Gown
and hung them out to dry in the back yard belonging to the Rose
and Crown
at Hammersmith
and the said Horatio Finch< no role >
saith that hearing the Cay of Stop Thief he saw two persons
now present who call themselves Thomas Levingston< no role >
and Mary
Winton< no role >
running, that he pursued them and took themthat
he found the two Aprons now produced concealed in said
Thomas Levingston< no role >
Breeches and the Gown now produced
in the Apron of said Mary Winton< no role >
and the said Ann Thomas< no role >
further saith that the two Aprons and Cotton Gown now
produced are her property and were Stolen in the back
yard belonging to the Rose and Crown
at Hammersmith
aforesaid
