Esther the Wife of John Leplastrier< no role > of [..] Shadwell high Street Watch
Maker on her Oath says one Metal Watch in a Tortoechell Case her
husband property was yesterday in the Evening about Dusk taken out
of her [..] said husband shoe situate as aforesaid. That her son Robert was in the said
Shop at the since the said Watch was taken. who she saw have hold of a Person
who she believes in the Prisoner who says his name in Benjamin Barker< no role >

Robert Leplastrier on his Oath says last night between the Hours of Eight
and nine he being in his said Fathers shop Benjamin Barker< no role > came in
and Snatched a Metal Watch in a Tortoishell Case which was laying on his
Fathers board near the Vice within the said Shop and run away with the
same says he caught hold of him but he slipped away says he pursued him
never last sight of him that he was first stopped by Ann Graham< no role > says he got
away from her and soon after was stopped by Patrick Farrar< no role > and James Paulin< no role >
James Paulin< no role > of the same place Victualer says on Oath last night between the hours of
Eight and nine hearing a Cry of shop thief he run out and saw Robert Laspastiser
pursuing the said Benjamin Barker< no role > he pursued and was close to him when stopped
by Patrick Farrar< no role > The said Robert selling out that is him and when he came up
sayd this is he that had taken the Watch
