The Information of Gilbert Handwide< no role >
of the Falcon Iron Foundary William Watson< no role >
and Robert Walker< no role > Watermen taken
before us two of his Majestys Justices of
the peace in and for the said County of
Middlesex

Who being upon their Oaths say and first this
Informant Gilbert Handyside< no role > for himself saith
that on the Ninth of February instant he packed
up in a case a Wallow Wheel and ordered
his Waterman this other Informant William Watson< no role > to
take the said Case together with other Goods on board
the Generous Planter Captain John Garf then lying
off Princes Stairs Rotherhith and bound to Saint
Kitts in the West Indies which said Goods were
safely taken from his said Wharf at the Falcon
Iron Foundary. And this Informant William
Watson
< no role > for himself saith that he was Employed
by the said Gilbert Handyside< no role > for the purpose
abovementioned that he safely moored the [..] Lighter
containing the said Case and other Goods along
side the said Ship Generous Planter and went
away, but returning the next morning to his
saidBargeLighter he found the case containing the
Wheel above described had been felonious life taken
and Carried away and that the case now produced
as the Identical Case that had been Stolen in
the manner aforesaid And this Informant
Robert Walker< no role > for himself saith that as he was
rowing up the River he perceived a Boat with
three Men in her that he rowed up to her and
demanded what they had got in her that they
Immediately gave him the Case now produced
and then attempted to get away that he
Immediately pursued them and they were take
by some persons on shore but he is positive that
the persons now present who call themselves

Boat at the time he took the case out of it
