Esquire , Prosecutor of the above Indictment
maketh oath & saith that he this Deponent
presented a Bill of Indictment against the said
Joseph Turpin< no role > which was found to be a true
Bill, & this Deponent saith that he attended
on Wednesday at Justice Hall, in the old
Bailey from nine o'Clock in the Morning
write the Court rose at night, for the purpose
of giving evidence on the above Indictment, but
the said Indictment did not come on to be
tried on that Day; and this Deponent
