and went to the Spot from whence it came where he
saw the other Informant William Buttes< no role > who told him
that he had been stopped by three Men who had attempted
to Rob him after waiting a few Minutes he saw the
other Informant John Hoggine< no role > & another Man coming
up savill Row with the aforementioned James Brown< no role >
in their Custody who delivered him to this Informant
by whom he was Conveyed to Saint James's Watch house
That in Saville Row they were joined by the other person now
present who calls himself William Sinly< no role > who Immediately
Expressed himself in these or the like words saying the
Gentleman has lost Nothing why do you lot him
Good meaning the Man who was in Custody that the
said Siney still followed them and in Vigs Lane got
before when coming with his back close towards the
said James Brown< no role > he put his hands behind him
when this Informant saw the said James Brown< no role >
put his hand into his left hand Pocket & deliver
something which to this Informant seemed bright
and had the appearance of Small Pistol, into the
hands of the said William Siney< no role > upon which the said
Siney was also Immediately taken into Custody and
conveyed to the Watchhouse with the other when
they came there the said William Siney< no role > Damned
this Informant Eyes and pay'd he would mark him
when he got outthis Informant faith saith that

And this Informant William Hutchins< no role > for himself
saith that he lives in Queber Street Poltman Spencer
No. 26 That on Wednesday Morning last about 7 o Clock us
he was going to his Work at the Top of Sackvill Street
in Vigo Lane close by the Dead wall he found the
