further saith that he again attended on
Thursday from nine o'Clock untill a quarter
past ten in the forenoon, at which time as
there men even upon their Tryal, and as
then twen four more upon the List before

Deponent thought that he might safely
withdrew to procure some refreshment which
he accordingly didand when he returned
